|Bid to help poor IAS aspirants|
GUWAHATI, Sept 15 - City-based Biva Himangshu Memorial Trust has taken an initiative to help needy and meritorious graduates and talents of Assam get enrolled in IAS study circles in New Delhi free of cost.
As many meritorious students and graduates of Assam cannot achieve their goal due to serious financial crisis, the trust launched a scheme ‘Pancha Parasmoni’ which will extend all expenditure for pursuing coaching in IAS study circles in New Delhi with free individual laptops to five poor and meritorious graduates.
Trustees Sanjay Goswami and Nandita Sarma Goswami said selection of the five graduates will be done through a written examination to be held on September 30 at Beltola. Oral interview will be held on October 5.
Aspirants can apply through online mode https://www.onlinener5.com/trust/index.php within September 26. The age of applicants should not be over 25 years as on January 1, 2020. Annual family income should not exceed Rs 1 lakh.
