DIBRUGARH, Oct 26 – At a time when crime against women is escalating in the State, Dr Tultul Barua, former head of the Anthropology department of DHSK College here and wife of Biman Barua, president of Dibrugarh Bar Association became another victim of domestic violence. She has been admitted to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) following reported attack on her by husband Biman Barua.
