|Extensive fogging in city ordered|
GUWAHATI, Oct 12 - With Kamrup (M) reporting the highest number of dengue cases among all the districts this year, a meeting was today held at the office of the Deputy Commissioner here to discuss ways and means to prevent any further spread of the disease.
The meeting was chaired by Barnali Sharma, District Development Commissioner.
Sharma directed the District Health Society and GMC to carry out extensive fogging in the localities where dengue cases have been detected. She also directed the DHS and the GMC to carry out fogging on all the college and hostel campuses in the city. She ordered all private nursing homes to provide dengue test reports to the DHS on a daily basis.
