Multi-lingual arts festival
 GUWAHATI, Oct 11 - The State Directorate of Museum, along with Maraa (Bangalore) will be presenting Platform1, an inter-disciplinary and multi-lingual arts festival that marks the culmination of UR/Unreserved, a travelling arts project around questions and notions of identities, at the Assam State Museum on Friday from 4.30 pm.

Platform1 will feature elements of performance, image, sound and sketches, wherein the audiences will be invited to recollect and share aspects of identity as they have experienced it.

The festival will feature works created by young artists from Karnataka, Assam, Kashmir and Kerala as they travelled on long-distance trains conversing with people about everyday matters of identity.

The festival is a collaboration between Maraa, Macbeth Drama (Dhemaji), H.E.L.P Foundation (Srinagar) and Innerspace Little Theatre (Irinjalakuda). The programme of the festival will also take place at the Maati Centre, Ambari on October 12 at 4.30 pm and at the Back Benchers Café, Opposite Gauhati Commerce College on October 14 at 6.30 pm.
