Assam all out for 182 against Services

 GUWAHATI, Nov 24 Assam managed to score 182 in their first innings against Services in the Group C Ranji Trophy match at Palam, Delhi.

At stumps, Services were 11 for no loss.

On the opening day of the four-day match, using the track first, Assam were in trouble in the morning losing their skipper Dheeraj Jadhav for 5. The visiting team could not recover from the early jolt and started losing wickets one after another.

Tarjinder Singh was the top scorer with 29 while Pallav Das (27), Rajdip Das (26), Dhiraj Goswami (22) and Arup Das (19) contributed a little.

Services pacer Suraj Yadav was the wrecker-in-chief with a four wicket haul while Nishan Singh, Shadab Nazar and Yaspal Singh chipped in two wickets each.
