Chattishgarh struggling

 GUWAHATI, Nov 19 – In reply to Assam’s first innings total of 515, host Chattishgarh were tottering at 252 for five.On the second day of the four-day CK Nayudu Trophy match at Raipur today, resuming their first innings at the overnight total of 35 for no loss, Chattishgarh openers Chhabi Jaikshatri (63) and Imran Khan (51) frustrated Assam bowlers. But a middle order collapse put Assam ahead.

However, PP Roy (45) and V Rajput (36) stemmed the rot with unbeaten knocks. Pritom Das and Soumik Das took two wickets each while Sib Sankar Roy bagged one.
