TG Baruah’s death condoled
 GUWAHATI, Nov 19 – A condolence meet held under the auspices of the Assam Tribune Employees’ Union (ATEU) today mourned the death of TG Baruah, chairman of the Assam Tribune Group of Newspapers.

The meet presided over by ATEU president Saifuddin Ahmed was attended by the employees and management of the Assam Tribune Group. One-minute silence was observed as a mark of respect to the departed soul. It also conveyed its condolences to the bereaved family members.

The Assam Natya Sanmilan has also condoled the death of TG Baruah. A condolence meet organized at Dispur Super Market area observed one minute’s silence praying for the eternal peace of the departed soul.

The All Assam Lawyers’ Association also offered its condolence and said his death is an irreparable loss to the society. The Kamrup Chamber of Commerce (KCC) also condoled the demise and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
