Secret killings on in BTAD: Hagrama
Correspondent
NALBARI, Nov 19 – BTC chief Hagrama Mahilary today alleged that the Deputy Commissioner and the Superintendant of Police of Kokrajhar have been trying to repeat the secret killings of the AGP regime in Kokrajhar district.

Addressing a meeting held at Sri Sri Laxmi Mandir in Barama, Mahilary said that a big conspiracy had been hatched against the workers of BPF. Executive Member of BTC Mono Kumar Brahma who was arrested last Saturday was also a victim of the conspiracy, he added.

Mahilary further informed that the BPF has decided to file a case in the Gauhati High Court against the Kokrajhar Additional SP who was hatching the conspiracy. He alleged that Parliamentary Secretary of Home, Bhupen Bora was the mastermind of the ongoing violence because a section of Congress leaders want a division between the Chief Minister and BPF for their narrow political interests.

The meeting, conducted by BPF leader Prabin Boro, was addressed among others by Transport Minister Chandan Brahma and Deputy Chief Executive Khampa Borgoyari.

The speakers demanded of the Government to transfer the deputy commissioners and the superintendents of police of all BTAD.
