|Special book fair held in Nalbari|
NALBARI, Nov 14 - Former Vice Chancellor of Gauhati University Dr Amarjyoti Choudhury inaugurated a special book fair held in Nalbari town on Wednesday evening.

In his speech, Dr Choudhury said elder persons need to inculcate the habit of book-reading to show the path to the younger generations.
He said he found the new generation attracted towards books when he launched the ‘Kitap Pohrar Andolon’.
The inaugural meeting presided over by Ganesh Tamuli, president of the book fair subcommittee, and was addressed by SEBA chairman Ramesh Chand Jain and assistant editor of The Assam Tribune Partha Pratim Hazarika.
