UDAIPUR (SOUTH TRIPURA), Nov 10 – Setting the tune for the next Assembly elections in Tripura, Youth Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today alleged that the Left Front government was not working for the common people and it should be ousted from the power in 2013 polls. In the manifesto, the CPM had promised of uplifting socio-economic condition of the poor but now it has forgotten the poll promises, he said while addressing a rally at KBI Ground in South Tripura district.
“The government which has been in power for the past 19 years must go in the 2013 Assembly elections and the Congress would provide a government which will work for the betterment of the weaker section of the society,” he said.
