Oil FC sail into final

 DULIAJAN, March 29 – Oil India Limited FC made it to the final of the 7th OIL Challenge Gold Cup Football Tournament organised by Oil India Limited. Today in the well contested first semifinal, host OIL FC outshot JCB Bhillai Brothers FC, Chattisgarh 3-1 in penalty shootout. During regulation time no team could break the deadlock and in the tie-breaker OIL FC converted 3 goals against JCB Bhillai Brothers’ one. The first semifinal was officiated by Dwidendra Mohan Sarmah of Guwahati as the middle referee.

It was a tough match for both the sides. Defenders of both the teams played a safe game and concentrated in containing the opponent frontliners.

Today’s match (S/F): ASEB vs Green Valley.
