TEZPUR, June 17 - Heavy landslide at Sesa under West Kameng district in Arunachal Pradesh has blocked the road in many places including Sesa and Tipi since Friday.

Local MLA Kumsi Sidisow said that due to the land slide the area is disconnected with the outer world. This road is one of the major means of surface communication to Tawang, Bomdila, Tenga Valley, etc.

Many passenger and military vehicles are stranded following the landslides. “Mobile phone and power supply have also been disrupted in West Kameng district”, Sidisow said, adding it will take several days for clearing the road.
