MULTA man apprehended

 DHEKIAJULI, June 9 – Personnel of the 3 (NH) Assam Rifles led by Captain Kulwant Rana stationed at Doomdooma recovered a 303 pistol from the house of Nehrul Islam of Chengelimari village under Dhekiajuli revenue circle on June 7. Islam was held by the Army and later handed over to the officer-in-charge of the Borsola police outpost.

According to an Army source, Nehrul Islam is a suspected MULTA activist. Islam was sent to Tezpur jail.
