CM’s greetings to Sonaram Chutiya

GUWAHATI, June 7 – Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today extended greetings to noted Vaishnava scholar Sonaram Chutiya on the occasion of his 98 th birth anniversary tomorrow. Gogoi, in a statement described the contributions of Chutiya towards practising, preaching and conducting research in the Vaishnavism as matchless. His contributions towards Vaishnavite culture and religion have enriched Assam’s social life, Gogoi said. |
