NAGAON, June 3 - Four more people being quarantined at various centres and homes after their arrival in between May 25 to May 26 last from Maharashtra and Delhi, tested positive for COVID 19 today.
According to sources, the newly-found positive patients have been identified as Abdul Subur (26) of Rupahi Chalchali under Rupahihat PS, Bikash Sarkar (33) and Dipti Dey Sarkar (31) of Rajagaon under Kochuwa PS and Abdul Khan (20) of Geruamukh under Khatowal PS.
The sources said that Abdul Subur and Abdul Khan were quarantined at Rupahi College and Kachakhati Adarsha Vidyalaya after arrival from Delhi and Maharashtra respectively on May 25 and May 26 last and were sent to home quarantine on June 2 and June 3. Similarly, Bikash Sarkar and Dipti Dey Sarkar were quarantined at Chapormukh Guests House after arrival from Maharashtra on May 25.
Meanwhile, three persons being quarantined at their respective homes, tested positive for COVID-19 today in Hojai district. According to sources, they have been identified as Surya Moni Doley (24) of Krishna nagar, Monshad Alom and Badur Alom of Jayantiabasti of Hojai district.
