Arunachal BJP chief hurt
 ITANAGAR, Jan 4 – Arunachal Pradesh BJP president Tai Tagak received minor injuries when the vehicle he was traveling in skidded off the road and hit a roadside electric pole and then a tree near Pachin village, Naharlagun.The accident happened around 4 am on January 1 last. He was returning home at Pachin from his relatives’ place at Doimukh.

The vehicle, driven by Tai Tagak himself, skidded off the road due to brake failure and hit the electric post and the tree near Pachin. The impact was so intense that the front side of the four-wheeler got smashed.

He is currently undergoing treatment at RK Mission Hospital, Itanagar and recovering fast. Accompanying him were his wife and two sons, who were also wounded in the mishap. While his sons sustained minor injuries, his wife suffered a fracture in her left hand and was operated upon on Friday.
