GUWAHATI, Feb 21 – The issue of serious fund crisis faced by the Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) was discussed today in a review meeting of the organization presided over by GMDA chairman Dhiren Baruah.
The meeting attended by engineers and experts of the GMDA expressed concern at delay in issuing funds, which is hampering several ongoing projects including the water supply project.
