|Conrad condemns attack on non-tribal during KSU rally|
SHILLONG, Feb 15 - Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has condemned the attack on non-tribal people during the ‘victory march’ of the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) here and said the police have already registered a case in this regard.
On Wednesday evening, a 73-year-old man and a few others were attacked during the KSU procession at RR Colony, Rynjah. “This is not acceptable and a case has been registered,” the Chief Minister said today.
Sangma added that the police have got a clue about the vehicle involved in the attack. “We hope we will be able to nab the people involved in the attack,” he said.
