BJP minority leader slams anti-CAB stir
TEZPUR, Dec 2 - Opposing the ongoing vigorous movement against the government’s move to pass the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), the State BJP’s Minority Development Board chairman, Aminul Abal today said here that the CAB will be implemented at any cost for the demographic safety and language, culture and heritage of the region. Slamming the movements launched by different organisations against the CAB including the AASU, AJYCP, AMSU and the major Opposition party Congress, he said that the ongoing agitation against CAB is nothing but a high voltage drama of these organisations who have always tried to keep the region unstable.

Flaying KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi, he also alleged that organisations like the KMSS and AAMSU have been carrying on their so-called anti-CAB movement through funding by certain fundamentalist forces.
