Bol Bom devotees killed in mishaps

 BISWANATH CHARIALI, Aug 13 - Three Bol Bom devotees were killed on Monday when the bikes they were riding collided head-on near Maharshi Ashram, Biswanath Ghat under Biswanath Chariali police station in Biswanath district. They were identified as Krishnamani Nath of Chatiya and Manoj Gowala and Sachin Gowala of Borjarani village.

In another incident, one Bitu Mahananda (12) who hailed from Orang, was washed away by the surging water of the Ghiladhari river near Chatiya. He was taking bath in the river along with some other Bol Bom devotees of the Orang Tea Estate. The body of the teenager was later recovered by the fishermen.
