Nagaland employees suspend stir
 DIMAPUR, March 20 - The All State Services Associations of Nagaland has temporarily suspended their proposed pen/tool-down strike after the Cabinet sub-committee assured that their demand for implementation of 7th ROP would be taken up in the State Cabinet.

The Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees’ Association (CANSSEA) president and convenor of ASSA Kohima S Takatuba Aier, in a press statement, today informed that the decision to call off the strike was arrived at the joint meeting of Cabinet sub-committee and office bearers of All State Services Associations on March 19.

Meanwhile, the office bearers of the Associations have convened a meeting at CANSSEA conference hall in Kohima on March 23.

Earlier, the State Services Associations have demanded implementation of 7th ROP w.e.f. March 1 and threatened to launch fresh stir.
