Surrender DIBRUGARH Oct 23 Two ULFA men, Huntu Changmai alias Bijoy Bailung and Pranab Duarah alias Simanta Gogoi, surrendered before Dibrugarh DC GD Tripathi and laid down a 3.2 pistol, a 3.8 revolver and a radio set last evening.
