Tarun Kalita Correspondent AZARA, March 29 – Tarun Kalita of Kumeria in South Kamrup, died on March 23 last following a cardiac arrest. He was 62. Kalita, retired employee of RBI, was actively associated with several social organisations in the locality. He leaves behind his wife, sons and daughters.
Swarnabala Baruah GUWAHATI, March 29 – Swarnabala Baruah, wife of late Manoranjan Baruah of Phukan Nagar, Sivasagar and a noted social worker, passed away on Saturday night at her residence. She was 89. She leaves behind two sons.
