GUWAHATI, June 22 Achyut Chandra Das, a resident of Pub Sarania and former deputy registrar of Gauhati High Court, passed away at his sons residence at Bishnu Rabha Path, Beltola, today. He was 86. He leaves behind his wife, three sons and a host of relatives.
