0, 1, 2, 3, 4 … folks, just 9 days left for the mega quizzical extravaganza The Colosseum Open Quiz Fest, 2009 to be held on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at the Pragjyoti ITA Cultural Complex, Machkhowa, Guwahati. The event is organised by The Assam Tribune and Social Action Network (SAN), a North-East based NGO. The theme of this quiz event is culture. The definition of culture for this Quiz Fest includes areas like music, dance, fashion, designing, movies, art, sculpture, books, literature, a little bit of history, the culture of different Northeastern tribes and culture in different parts of the world. Even if a question carries information about the corporate, sports or science fields, the question will have a cultural element attached to it. And behold!!! There are more than 700 audience prizes at stake. Altogether, we have some prizes worth more than Rs.1,00,000/- to be won. Apart from these, there are assured prizes for each participating team at the registration desk. There is no Registration fee.
