Email claims blast responsibility
 JAIPUR/GHAZIABAD, May 15: An email by an outfit called ‘Indian Mujahideen’ has claimed responsibility for Tuesday’s blasts in Jaipur and the owner of the Ghaziabad (UP) cyber cafe, from where it was sent, has been detained by police for questioning. The email has given the frame number of the bicycle which was planted at Choti Chaupad in the Pink City and warned of more such attacks. – PTI

Dalai flays China
 FRANKFURT, May 15: The Dalai Lama lashed out at China over its crackdown on protests in Tibet two months ago as he arrived in Germany today beginning a tour of Western powers. “The Chinese political authorities’ reaction, as before, was suppression. So it is very sad,” Dalai said. – PTI

4 killed in mishap
 MANGALDOI, May 15: Four persons were killed, three of them on the spot, when the ambulance they were travelling in collided with a truck around 11 last night near Mangaldoi College here. The deceased also included a nurse. The ambulance, which belongs to Paneri TE, was coming from Guwahati. – Correspondent

Minister’s visit
 TEZPUR, May 15: Union Minister of State for Defence Production Rao Inderjit Singh arrived at the Air Force Station, Tezpur today. Singh visited the Gajraj Corps HQ and reviewed the prevailing law-and-order situation in the State. – Correspondent
